Here at FundRaiser our technical support team is here to help you. Whether it’s a simple how-to question or a detailed technical issue, you can reach our support team by phone or email. In fact, unlimited support is included in your Annual Maintenance Plan.

However there are our times when calling support can save you time and remove the worry from complex tasks.

1) Server Migrations

You have shiny new server and need to move your FundRaiser software over to the new hardware. No problem! Schedule a call with our support team and we’ll ensure your program and all its data is moved quickly and easily. We recommend having a member of our support team on the line during the actual migration of the program and its data.

2) Software Upgrades

We are continually improving FundRaiser software. New versions of our software are available on our customer portal, which you can download and update yourself. However, it’s easy to contact support and let us take care of it for you. Usually an update is a short process and with us on the line, we’ll take care of everything for you.

3) Merging Data

When merging data back into your database it’s important to have a few key pieces of information. Our support team can help ensure you have the information necessary, take care of the backup, and help you complete the merge.

4) Importing or Exporting Data

Our support team can help you import or export information. Put your mind at ease and give us a call. We’ll gladly walk you through the process.
