Leveling Up Your Donors

Knowing the giving level of your donors has numerous benefits for both the donor and the organization. When you’re aware that a donor gives in a certain range, then it becomes easier to ask the donor to match, or exceed, giving done in past years. As an organization, when you know at what levels most of your donors give, then you can begin asking for suggested donations.

FundRaiser provides powerful tools for donor levels. First, our options all you to set your own levels. We provide examples based off some commonly used levels, but you can change not just the names of the levels but also the dollar amounts. With up to nine levels, there’s plenty of flexibility to create what you need.

To back up the flexible giving levels, our Donor Level Report, showcases levels and donor information. With an ability to print contact information, including phone numbers or emails, it becomes an “at a glance” way to review giving levels and donors to create contact lists.

Levels can be reviewed based on a time frame, or even the highest giving out of a span of fiscal years. With the inclusion of “net gifts” as well as specific gift types, creating a level report that suits your needs depending on the circumstances and information required is easy.

Combining Donor Level reports with prospect information allows your organization to ensure that it’s asking for the maximum gift every time.
