Q. Labels printing Informal names

Q: Our labels are printing out all Informal names, like Bill & Betty; how do I tell FundRaiser to use Mr. and Mrs. on all of them?
A: First, go to the Options > Name Defaults section, and click on the Label Name tab. Here is where you find the rules that FundRaiser uses to create your label names. You can use the drop-down lists in each case to pick from a list of choices. The ones with "<couple title>" in them will give you "Mr. & Mrs." on the label itself.

If you want FundRaiser to go back over all the names in your database, reassigning new label names, click on the Utilities menu, then Miscellaneous, then "Re-form all names".
