| For our more advanced and technically savvy customers, we offer a limited maintenance plan which includes only the program updates throughout the year. This DOES NOT include any form of technical support or training. We recommend that only those customers with a large IT department of their own consider this plan. Please note, that should you require phone support, it will be charged at a $50.00 minimum, with each hour costing $100.00. |
