Phase-out Plan for Single and Multi-User

After much thought, we have decided to phase-out the single- and multi-user versions of FundRaiser in favor of the enhanced speed and security options offered by our Client/Server and FundRaiser Hosted platforms. This will be a gradual change over a period of two years, and the end result will be that the single- and multi-user platforms will no longer be sold or supported.

Phase 1:

FundRaiser reviews Client/Server and Hosted prices and offers a significant discount, for a limited time.

Phase 2:

FundRaiser  continues to support and update the single- and multi-user versions until the release of FundRaiser 5.0, projected for mid-to-late 2013. FundRaiser 5.0 will feature a complete update to the look and feel of FundRaiser, as well as integration options with popular social media platforms. Client/Server or FundRaiser Hosted versions will be required in order to install this new version.

Phase 3:

We will continue to support the single- and multi-user versions for 12 months following the release of FundRaiser 5.0, but we will not be releasing any additional updates for these platforms.

Final Phase-Out:

After 12 months, we will no longer support single-user or multi-user. By this time, all customers should have either Client/Server or FundRaiser Hosted.

That means that customers have a total of just over 2 years to upgrade before support will no longer be offered. However, the a early-adopter price will only be available until December 31st, 2012.
