To find out what version you are using, click on the Help menu, then on About.
Program Updates can be downloaded from within the Customer Portal.
Updates are included with your Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) for FundRaiser Spark, Select, and Professional. If your annual AMP contract has lapsed there will be an update charge to get to the current version. (If you want to move to the next level of program, go to the Upgrading page).
When installing an update...
If you do not already have FundRaiser installed on your system, you can Download Trial Version.
Note: If you are currently using version 4.15 or older and you wish to update to the newest version (which is a great idea), please call our support staff and they will assist you with this process. Support can be reached at: 800-543-4131
