To find out what version you are using, click on the Help menu, then on About.
Program Updates can be downloaded from within the Customer Portal.
In the case of FundRaiser Select and Professional, updates are included with your Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP). If your annual AMP contract has lapsed there will be an update charge charge to get to the current version. (If you want to move to the next level of program, go to the upgrading page).
When installing an update...
These updates can and should be installed on top of your existing program. The only exception is if you currently have a version of Select or Professional installed that is earlier than version 3.50. (See Note below if this is the case).
If you are not sure which version of the program you currently have installed on your system, click on the Help/About menu in your FundRaiser program.
We recommend that you make a backup before you install any and all updates. This is a good idea when installing an update to any program.
If you do not already have FundRaiser installed on your system, you can download a trial version.
