Support Overview

We believe very strongly that good, prompt, available, friendly tech support is our obligation to our users. And we are proud that our users rate our support as excellent. In fact, many users have told us that the support they received during their evaluation of software packages was a deciding factor in their purchase of FundRaiser over others. Many people who are now FundRaiser users were recommended to us by users who value our software and our support highly. (Ask your FundRaiser salesperson for references if you'd like to talk to some of our users.)

Having a good program is great, but even with the best software, help is sometimes needed. This is why purchasing the first year of support with Select and Professional is required. You'll receive the following benefits with your support plan: 

  • Keep up-to-date with the newest features with all program updates
  • Get up to speed on the software fast with three credits for live web-based training
  • Train volunteers and new staff members to use the software with the Overview training sessions
  • Receive all the help you need with unlimited technical support via phone or email
  • Tell us what you need with access to the FundRaiser Wish List. We are happy to have our users find ways in which the program can be improved; all ideas go on the Wish List, and as many as possible are implemented in time
  • Get answers fast and converse with other FundRaiser Users in our Customer Portal

The cost of AMP depends on the program and number of users you purchase. You'll find details on the Pricing page. AMP is also required with any Installment Payment Plan.

FundRaiser Basic is so easy to use that many users never need more help than is available in the included printed manual and Help system. Those who do are welcome to email us for assistance at SUPPORT.
